The CMS is preparing to take the first strike on trans care for adults
In an email, the organization details how they are gearing up to go after gender affirming care for adults.
It looks like the Red Nazis are sharpening their swords.
In a letter sent to clinics across the States, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is now outright warning clinics against providing gender affirming care to anyone under the age of 21.
21? So according to the government, I can vote, but can't get the care proven to save my life? Doesn't make sense.
Back on topic, the letter, written by deputy CMS director Drew Snyder outlines the supposed harms of gender affirming care (which don't exist) and says anyone who does is ineligible for federal funding, citing guidance pertaining to sterilization from the late 70’s, saying:
Additionally, for certain populations, including children, longstanding federal Medicaid regulations
prohibit federal funding for coverage of services whose purpose is to permanently render an individual
incapable of reproducing. Federal financial participation (FFP) is strictly limited for procedures,
treatments, or operations for the purpose of rendering an individual permanently incapable of reproducing
and, under 42 C.F.R. 441.253(a), is specifically prohibited for such procedures performed on a person
under age 21.
First off, gender affirming care doesn't sterilize you. I am not a medical pro, but this is common sense. They don't do that. Trans people, both trans men and women both still would have the ability to be fertile in the event hormone therapy would have stopped, and even if they didn’t, fertility counseling exists.
More often than out, sterilization comes as a byproduct of gender affirming care.
This goes back to the point of the Red Nazi’s sharpening their swords. The Trump administration, who had already banned HRT for anyone below 19, (despite the courts saying no to that) is still being used by clinics the country over to justify blocking care. Despite the courts saying no, I and may others in the community believe that they are serving their intended purpose: as a scare tactic. We already saw this happen with Planned Parenthood in Arizona, before theycl changed course.
Its a very telling sign that the Red Nazis are gearing up to take the first strike the care.
It's something Trump himself has admitted to, saying in a campaign video that he wanted to take the care away nationwide:

All of this, the campaign video, this letter and the junk science review set to be released by HHS on the 28th, is leading me to believe that the sword is being sharpened and the Red Nazis are getting ready to take the first step their goal of making gender affirming care extinct, and eventually the eradication of trans people all together.
It's something that's been an undercurrent of sorts- ask any Red Nazi and they'll tell you what their goal is- the eradication of trans people. Just ask Michael Knowles.
The alarm must be sounded that trans care for adults is on the chopping block. If you haven't already started to stock up on hormones, please do so.
Talk to your pharmacist and try to get as much HRT as you can to last for a good bit.
I am not going to make an explicit endorsement of DIY HRT, but if you are in that position where it is necessary, make sure your decision is informed.
The Red Nazis are gearing up to take the first swing to our healthcare.
Not only do we have to be prepared for this swing, we also have to be prepared to meet the propoganda machine, with unrelenting truth. Especially the “study”, that's scheduled to drop on the 28th.
Letting this swing would be setting a dangerous precedent. (I'm talking to you, National Democrats! If you want to win back the trans population, fight for us! It's that simple.)
Peaceful protests and keeping your head down do nothing. Rule of law is completely dead.
Oppressed peoples should consider speaking to nazis in the only language that they understand and everyone knows what that language is even if it can't be openly stated.
